Talented strength

Finc has a Shanghai enterprise technology center and expert workstation and keeps long-term strategic cooperation with the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Finc receives the long-term strategic guide and technical support provided by a consultative group of experts formed by 1 academician and 4 doctors. The core team is consist of 1 PhD, 10 graduated students, and dozens of undergraduates. 50% of the team has more than 10 years of working seniority, mastering many core technologies such as germplasm source, recipe, technics, accomplishing the goal to stably, largely, and excellently producing the products.

The core management personnel mainly comes from Japanese, Thai, and British companies with overseas study experience.
